Categories BOOM Cards™ {Speech Therapy Distance Learning}

Thank you for checking out the BOOM Cards™ for Categorization! You can use these CATEGORIES Cards only on the Boom Learning website or app. Students will LOVE using the interactive "play dough" pieces to choose their answers!!

These resources will allow your students or clients to work on identifying categories, identifying items in a category, what doesn’t belong, what goes together, & naming items in a category. It is perfect for DISTANCE LEARNING and/or TELETHERAPY.

• Identifying items in a Category: 20 task cards with visual answer choices

• What goes together?: 16 task cards with visual answer choices

• What doesn't belong?: 12 task cards with visual answer choices

• Naming items in a category: 12 task cards where students/clients will name 3 items in the specified categories.

HOW TO USE:

• Students/Clients will drag the interactive "play dough" piece onto the circle under their answer choice. Next, hit "submit" to determine if their answer choice is correct or incorrect! For the expressive section (Naming items in a category), students will NAME 3 items & drag the "dough" onto the 3 circles.

WHAT ARE BOOM CARDS?

Boom Cards are digital task cards that you use on the Boom Learning website. To use Boom Cards, you must be connected to the Internet. Boom Cards play on modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge). Apps are available for Android, iPads, iPhones, and Kindle Fires.

To use BOOM CARDS™, you MUST OPEN at least a FREE Boom Learning Account.

When you purchase this resource, you will download a PDF with a link to the task cards on the Boom Learning website. You will be asked to sign in to your account or create a free account. All purchased decks can be found in your library. Boom Cards are accessed and used on the Boom Learning website. There is no need to download, save, or print (all your decks stay on the website.)
